What do we do?

 

  • Corporate Lease - A Lease for one or more residential units under which one entity will rent all such units from Borrower and will have the right to sublease such units to individual subtenants.

  • Instead of dealing with a long term tenant, typically under a residential lease with no obligation to your property; Alleva contracts a professional corporate lease and keeps your property in tip top shape. Rather than dealing with someone who might keep your space in good condition, Alleva guarantees it.

  • After extensive market research, if your property seems like a good fit, Alleva will propose to assume a corporate lease for a period of 12 to 24 months. We will fix any minor repairs and professionally deep clean the space to ensure the property is functioning in optimal condition. In the past we’ve worked with owners to construct any updates that go beyond minor repairs and flaws that we think will enhance the property to its fullest potential.

    We then professionally design and furnish the space trying our best to support local art dealers and antique stores. We rent it our as a short term rental to the highest clientele after transforming your space into a luxury rental property and retreat.

 
 
 

  • Ever since she was a child, Sophia has been in the interior design world. As her parents own several antique and fine design art galleries just outside of Chicago, she was raised with the knowledge of composition layout and home arrangement.

    Following her graduation with a Bachelors degree in Business Communications, Sophia moved to Miami, FL where she began her journey in the Real Estate industry. Buying, selling, and hand sourcing the most eclectic pieces the market has to offer to create to most interesting and immaculate rental properties is what comes naturally to her.

  • With parents instilling the understanding of money from an early age, Emma grew up with a passion for business, entrepreneurship, and hospitality.

    Emma journeyed to New York City after obtaining a Bachelors Degree in International Affairs and Economics. Keen on investments, She spent the first two years working for a private investor and now works at a Real Estate Capital firm in Manhattan.

    While expanding her own portfolio, Emma hopes to continue creating spaces of retreat, haven and opulence for others.
